As Senior Customer Readiness Advisor, you will coordinate initiatives that prepare customers to understand and confidently navigate the new network from day one. This includes coordinating initiatives that prepare customers for the opening of Cross River Rail.Working across multiple transport partners including Queensland Rail and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, you will bring together stakeholders, governance processes and program activities to ensure customer readiness initiatives are delivered in line with key project milestones.
